There Will Be A DVD

I saw there will be blood, and it hit my top movie list real fast. I was hoping that Daniel Day-Lewis didn't do a rehash of Bill the Butcher from Gangs of New York. And I was pleasantly surpirsed. He's performance as the brutally ambitious oilman Daniel Planview is great. I can't wait for the two disc DVD.

I'm also looking forward to owning the Brad Pitt film The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. This is a long film that has a slower pace than usual films. But the story is great. And if you can slow down from the Matrix attention span for long enough to enjoy the story you'll really enjoy it.
