This is a copy of a section of page 16 of the current heath care bill being proposed by the udderly ignorant democratic party, and the socialist filth eating dog we call a President:

LIMITATION ON NEW ENROLLMENT.—

11 (A) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in

12 this paragraph, the individual health insurance

13 issuer offering such coverage does not enroll

14 any individual in such coverage if the first ef-

15 fective date of coverage is on or after the first

16 day of Y1.

What this means that if you don't have a private insurance plan before the bill passes, you can't choose to have a private insurance plan. The government is telling you what to do.
